Chile crisp recipe from Bon Appétit
Need to make this chile crisp recipe from Bon Appétit by Chris Morocco. Sweet, salty, spicy, garlicky. Not that easy to find red pepper flakes in the UK though. I’ve got a lot of dried habanero peppers and Bird’s Eye chilies to use up… but I think those might be a *bit* more intense than red pepper flakes!
